Product
Birch plywood which is overlaid with a primer on one or on both the sides, thus plywood surface is ready to be painted. It facilitates painting operations and requires less paint. Suitable for exterior or interior application painted as well as un painted. 

Application
Riga Paint can be used as painted as well as unpainted for floors, walls, and ceilings, packing material and for different sizes and shapes component manufacturing. Primer coating protects plywood surface from moisture and burning (scorching) when laser-cutting tools are used.

Grades for overlaying
B, S, BB and WG grade plywood is primed (in accordance with SFS 2413).

Advantage
Plywood is glued with waterproof phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive. Bonding is resistant to weather and boiling water. It meets requirements of the following standards:

EN 314 / 3rd class;  
BS 1203 / H4 (previously WBP);          
DIN 68705 Part 3 / type BFU 100.

It is also possible to glue plywood with urea-formaldehyde adhesive resin (meets the requirements of BS 1203 / H1) and moisture resistant urea-formaldehyde adhesive resin which is modified with melamine (meets the requirements of BS 1203 / H2).

 

 

Formaldehyde emission
In accordance with the standard EN 13986 formaldehyde emission meets the Class E1 requirements. Test method EN 717 Part 2.

PUV-INT, PUV-EXT - transparent;
PWB-INT, PWB-EXT - white.

1200 mm x 2400 mm
1250 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm

Cut to size panels and machining available in accordance with the customers' requirements.

Thickness
          6.5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 mm.

Tolerance
Size and right angle tolerance meets the standard EN 315 requirements.
