Baltic Birch (Betula spp.) is a hardwood species sourced primarily from Northern and Eastern Europe, including Latvia and Finland. Known for its uniform density and layered multi-ply construction, Baltic Birch plywood offers excellent strength, flatness, and dimensional stability. It features cross-bonded 1.4mm veneers throughout, with minimal core voids and consistent face quality. Baltic Birch is widely used in cabinetry, drawer boxes, furniture, transport, and interior construction due to its machinability and durability.
CERTIFIED QUALITY
Manufactured from high-quality birch veneers sourced from Northern and Eastern Europe, including Latvia and Finland. Panels are bonded using WBP phenolic resin adhesive and produced to meet EN 13986 Class E1 formaldehyde emission standards, ensuring consistent performance and safe interior use.
CROSS-BONDED BIRCH VENEERS
Constructed from multiple 1.4mm birch veneers laid in alternating grain directions to create a balanced, multi-ply structure. This cross-bonded construction delivers excellent strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to warping.
CONSISTENT CORE CONSTRUCTION
Produced with strict manufacturing controls to minimize internal voids and maintain uniform density throughout the panel. The solid birch core allows for clean machining, dependable edge strength, and reliable structural performance.

VERSATILE APPLICATIONS
Widely used in cabinetry, drawer boxes, furniture, transport components, and interior construction. The smooth sanded faces and stable core make Baltic Birch suitable for finishing, laminating, or precision fabrication.
RECOGNIZED CERTIFICATIONS
YOU CAN TRUST
TSCA Title VI Compliant
Meets U.S. EPA requirements for formaldehyde emissions under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
FSC® Certified
Responsible sourcing that meets the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council®
CARB Phase 2 Compliant
Engineered panels tested to meet California’s strict formaldehyde emission standards.
CORE

Constructed from cross-laminated birch hardwood veneers, each layer is 1.4mm thick for balanced strength and durability. The alternating grain structure reduces warping and delivers excellent dimensional stability.
FACE

Graded to BB/WGE standard, available in long or cross grain orientation depending on application needs. Both faces are sanded smooth, providing a consistent surface ready for finishing, laminating, or coating.
ADHESIVE

Bonded with WBP phenolic resin adhesive, tested as weather- and boil-proof for long-term reliability. This waterproof bonding ensures performance in demanding interior and exterior conditions.
EDGE

Manufactured with a solid birch core that carries cleanly through to the edges with minimal voids. This allows precise machining and dependable strength without the need for heavy edge treatment.
