WHAT IS BAMBOO PLYWOOD

Bamboo plywood is an engineered panel manufactured from laminated strips of bamboo, compressed and bonded under high pressure to form a dense, stable sheet material. Unlike traditional wood plywood, bamboo panels are constructed from rapidly renewable grass fibers, resulting in a distinctive linear grain appearance and high material density. Bamboo plywood is commonly used in cabinetry, furniture, wall panels, and architectural millwork.

SPECIALTY APPLICATION

Bamboo plywood is considered a specialty panel because it is manufactured from laminated bamboo rather than traditional wood veneers. Its dense fiber structure and unique linear grain pattern distinguish it from standard plywood, making it suitable for applications where durability and a distinctive surface appearance are desired.

Detailed with vertical grain bamboo strips, creating a clean, modern edge aesthetic. This construction allows for exposed-edge applications without the need for banding.
